Details of the project
Nets is part of Nexi Group – the European PayTech comapny.
They are the European Paytech with the scale, the capabilities and the proximity to provide the simplest, fastest and safest payment solutions, to people, businesses and financial Institutions.
Nets wanted to replace the paper instructions with videos that would better illustrate the entire process of using the payment terminal, from unpacking to the necessary numbers.
Our job was the entire filming process. From planning the shots, reading in the sound, to editing the film of the user manuals.
We did this work in two parts. In the beginning, we created the unpacking part and filming as the second part, already the user actions, so that the customer knows how to act.
All films are in Estonian, Russian, English, Latvian and Lithuanian
